Sprayway All Day Rain Pant

Our manager Justin decided to test out the new Sprayway All Day rain pants on his trip to Pitlochry.

The forecast was due to be miserable and Justin was planning on taking full advantage of the bad weather and take the Sprayway water proof trousers out for a trial.

Usually when going a hike on a rainy day, waterproof over trousers are the go-to thing to pack which takes up valuable bag pack space.  These trousers are a waterproof walking trouser which are a soft jersey making them super comfy and stretchy.

The All-Day Rainpants have been designed with our Hydro/Dry® AWP technology to keep you dry on all kinds of adventures. The breathable fabric also makes the pants great for wearing over a base layer or on their own. These really are for all day, every day.

When to wear the Spray All Day Pants

These trousers have a four-way stretch which is perfect for long walks, fishing, hiking trips or even just walking the dog. They are breathable and comfy so even if it’s not raining they are still a great walking trouser.

Care Instructions

Due to the DWR, it's advisable to wash these with Nikwax TX Direct wash in.

Durabilty and Performance

Overall these trousers are great value for money. Not needing overtrousers saves so much effort and money. The minor negatives about the trousers is that the outer fabric is quite thin, so would probably wear quite quickly. Also, the zips aren't taped so if you didn't have a long enough jacket to cover zips then there is a potential to let in some water at the zips.
